Milton Keynes (UK) Office – Conversation With Nicola Greaves
Nicola Greaves is based at our Milton Keynes office and started working for Bluecube in April 2022. She was recruited for a completely new role, joining as a Ticket Coordinator. Prior to starting at Bluecube, Nicola worked in retail management for 6 years, having been in the sector for the last 10 years.
As Ticket Coordinator, Nicola overlooks all the tickets raised by our clients. She makes sure that our clients receive good customer service, that the work delivered is a high quality and that we’re meeting timescales for clients. With the end goal being to ensure that our clients are happy.
